I have been making soap for about 4 years now and I am starting my own bath products store out of my home on Dec. 22, 2007. I have been doing the local craft shows and needed to come up with inexpensive, quality oils, lye, and fragrance oils. I have found 3 sites that I would like to share with you all. They are:

for Oils: www.soaperschoice.com
for Lye: www.aaa-chemicals.com
and for fragrance: www.wellingtonfragrance.com

These are all awesome sites. Happy soaping and have a safe and wonderful Holiday Season. Victoria

I am having trouble finding the lye to make soap.If you have information ,I would appreciate it.
I love making castile soaps. They are so good for the skin.
One can vary the recipies with different additives to get different outcomes.
I have allergies and I find that castile soaps with natural additives such as bees wax are more hypoallergenic and gentle t the skin.
I would love to have a soap making business-My soaps have generally been for family members as gifts.
